St. Matthew Church CELEBRATES the Catholic faith in Jesus Christ by inspiring all to LOVE God and one another and to SHARE the Good News of God’s love with others.
New parishioners can register online here. Those interested in being added to the e-newsletter mailing list, please contact the parish office at 912-681-6726 or via email: email@example.com. Welcome to our parish family!
An Active Parishioner is registered with the parish for at least 3 months, attends liturgies weekly, and makes regular and identifiable contributions by using parish envelopes, checks, or online giving. These criteria are used to verify parishioner status for weddings, sacramental preparation, sponsor certificates for Baptism and Confirmation, and to receive parishioner tuition rates at Catholic schools. An extended time with no activity will place a person or family on inactive status. Homebound parishioners ARE considered active parishioners as are those who are not currently able to give financial support due to hardship. Please be an active parishioner. Those parishioners who need to update your address and/or phone number, please do so here, or would like to be added to the e-newsletter mailing list, please contact the parish office at 912-681-6726 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org

St. Matthew is a Stewardship Parish. We embrace stewardship as a way of life. We are grateful for God’s gifts, cultivate them responsibly, share them generously with others, and return them with increase to the Lord.
Parishioners are encouraged to make a commitment in the following areas:
- Time: Set aside time for personal prayer and family prayer.
- Talent: Choose one or more parish ministries to join.
- Treasure: Commit to giving 5% of your income to the offertory.
As we learn from Jesus’ life, self-giving is the road to true happiness.
